In the first ten years of growing a business, almost everyone struggles for that ideal balance of time and money.

envious eye99% of the businesses we advise are taking the wrong steps to grow their business and wasting time and money.

The real answer is gaining knowledge about the correct steps to take to fill in the time or money gap. That’s what a great business and marketing strategy provides.

Until you’re ready to get that strategic plan, I offer these 5 steps to help you find more time and money:

5   Action Steps

STEP 1. START YOUR MORNING WITH YOUR HARDEST TASK.

If you do that before you return calls, check emails or engage in social media you’re far more likely to get it done than just waiting until you have a “spare moment” in your day. Oh come on, spare moment? Don’t kid yourself!

You’ll save time and build ease in your work by focusing on this task first thing each day rather than stressing about not completing it.

  1. Thanks for your comment, Valerie, and for the tip on this book.

I think most business owners need quicker action to get income in the door so this 5-step article is meant to help business owners ramp up a bit faster.

But I do love the idea of making vaster change by devoting only 5 minutes a day to that purpose. Looks like a valuable book for anyone to have in their toolkit: students, business owners, career changers, writers, artists, and more! Thanks for sharing it. Allison
