Steps For Stories®

Steps For Stories® combines a guided outdoor walking interview to capture your life story while enjoying reflection, exploration, and camaraderie. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that this activity involves walking outdoors on public sidewalks, paths, trails, parking lots, and other potentially uneven surfaces. Weather, traffic, wildlife, construction, and other outdoor conditions may also be present. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating. If I become uncomfortable, fatigued, or need assistance, I will immediately inform the guide.

2. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and forever discharge Allison Bliss Consulting, its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in Steps For Stories®, except where prohibited by law.

3. Physical Ability

I certify that I am physically able to participate in an approximately 60-minute outdoor walking experience.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and to use reasonable care for my own safety.

By submitting your Registration, you confirm that you agree to the Steps For Stories® Liability Waiver & Release and the Copyright & Audio Release.

1. Permission to Record: I grant Allison Bliss Consulting permission to record my voice, statements, and stories during my Steps For Stories session.
2. Ownership and Copyright: I retain ownership of my stories and grant Allison Bliss Consulting a perpetual, non-exclusive license to process, edit, master, and format the recorded audio.
3. Delivery & Use: Allison Bliss Consulting will not publish or publicly share my recordings without my separate written consent.
