San Francisco’s, Allison Bliss, of Allison Bliss Consulting was recognized this month with 2 awards for “extraordinary service” to the Council of the Directors Guild of America (Spielberg, Lucas, Coppola—that film directors guild). Allison’s leadership as chair of the Commercials Committee along with her 8 years of service as the San Francisco representative to this guild is acknowledged with these awards.
Allison’s 20 year career in theatre, television, live events, comedy, music, and motion picture production working with the industry’s top creative forces inspired her current San Francisco marketing & communications consulting business where she offers creative, results-oriented solutions to many types of businesses. She develops campaigns for a diverse range of smaller businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies including: United Airlines, Apple Computers, Chevron, ABC-TV, HBO-TV, Honda, Pacific Bell, UCSF, and hundreds of others. Besides advising on strategy for marketing success, Allison is also the Creative Director on all advertising and promotional campaigns.
