A recent study from Stanford University revealed that walking boosted creative inspiration by 60%. The act of walking itself, and not the environment, was the main factor.

Anecdotally, our walks with bliss clients have experienced this since we first launched the service in 2010. The difference is that our guided consulting walks direct the creativity into functional answers for organizations who wish to improve profits or results.
