****This is step 3 from our 5-step action list. The rest of the steps are below.
Many small business CEO’s, solopreneurs, professional services (trainers, consultants, therapists, doctors, etc.) try to handle all aspects of the business themselves. This actually costs a business vast amounts of time and money in the long run.
TIME- SAVING TIP:
It’s just smarter to save time by getting help in the areas of your business that you don’t have mastery for – like accounting, legal, marketing, design, manufacturing, IT, – or any task that is costing you time that you could use to build income.
If you offer a professional service, for example, you might be earning $100/hr. advising your clients. If it takes you 2 hours per month to do your bookkeeping, you just cost your business $200. If you hired a bookkeeper at $40/hr. you only cost your business $80.
Businesses that achieve great success learn this lesson early: Save time and earn more by getting qualified support.
